★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessi praticamente inesistenti, si sono limitati ad indicarci il computer che ci interessava senza minima iniziativa commerciale o indicazione tecnica. Sollecitato con domanda specifica non sapeva rispondere. Dopo consulto con gli altri ci hanno fornito risposte minime.
 Salesmen practically non-existent, they limited themselves to showing us the computer that interested us without any commercial initiative or technical indication. When asked with a specific question, he could not answer. After consulting with others they gave us minimal answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio con una vasta collezione di prodotti, personale molto disponibile, chiaro e serio; sanno consigliare il prodotto giuste per le proprie esigenze. Le attese, anche nel weekend, non sono per nulla elevate. Il negozio a livello visivo è molto bello ed accogliente. Mi sono davvero trovato bene, chi dice il contrario ha sbagliato negozio.
Great shop with a huge collection of products, very helpful, clear and serious staff; they know how to recommend the right product for their needs. Expectations, even on the weekend, are by no means high. Visually, the store is very nice and welcoming. I was really happy, whoever says otherwise has made the wrong shop.

Poi su consiglio di un amico l'ho fatto vedere altrove ed e' stato ripristinato senza problemi! Mi sono fidata del giudizio di un rivenditore ufficiale che ritenevo affidabile. Dalle recensioni di altre persone capisco che non sono stata l'unica a cui e' successo!! Il negozio mi ha assicurato di avere fatto il possibile e finito li!! Non si sono presi alcuna responsabilita'! Una presa in giro!! Non fidatevi!
I found myself very badly. They told me that the iPad was to be thrown away and I immediately bought a new one. Then on the recommendation of a friend I showed it elsewhere and it was restored without problems! I trusted the judgment of an official dealer that I believed to be reliable. From other people's reviews I understand that I wasn't the only one that happened !! The shop assured me they did everything possible and finished there !! They took no responsibility! A mockery !! Don't trust me!

Personale gentile e preparato, sia nello spiegare i prodotti, sia nel consigliare dal punto di tecnico.
Mi sono trovato bene, non molto affollato nel mio caso.
Tanti accessori e ovviamente tutti computer della gamma, telefoni e tablet.
Segnalo in particolate la disponibilità ad aiutarmi e risolvermi un problema sul mio mac.

I found myself well, not very crowded in my case.
