★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innanzi tutto ho notato l'organizzazione anti covid accurata. Poi, dato le dimensioni del negozio, c'era anche la zona di attesa che permetteva alle persone di non dover attendere esternamente il proprio turno in balia delle condizioni metereologiche. Devo poi dire che i dipendenti sono molto preparati e gentili sapendo consigliare al meglio la clientela su soluzioni convenienti. Peccato soltanto che abbiano ridotto la scelta dei vari prodotti che prima proponevano sostituendola con capsuleria e macchine del caffè.
 First of all, I noticed the accurate anti-covid organization. Then, given the size of the shop, there was also the waiting area that allowed people not to have to wait outside their turn at the mercy of the weather conditions. I must also say that the employees are very prepared and kind, knowing how to best advise customers on convenient solutions. It is just a pity that they have reduced the choice of the various products they previously offered by replacing it with capsuling shops and coffee machines.
