Non fanno assistenza sui prodotti acquistati da loro . L'assurdo fu che due addetti s"intrattenevano con un cliente, quando uno dei due avrebbe potuto staccarsi. Yesterday morning I went to make a purchase and after 20 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to serve or ask what I wanted I left. Anziché vendermi la tv che avevo scelto, con grande chiarezza e precisione mi ha spiegato perché avrei avuto prima bisogno di un antennista x spostare il cavo, perché con la mia antenna in cucina non avrei cmq visto nessun canale, con nessuna tv. E' questo il valore in + che dà un negozio, rispetto a un centro commerciale, e la differenza si vede e si gode! I thank Mr. Michele for the competence, availability and kindness with which he advised me against a purchase that would have been useless for my needs.
