R	Roberto Amato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi duole il cuore sono un cliente da decenni ma la situazione attuale in cui versa Grancasa è veramente imbarazzante.....credo siamo vicini alla fine.....starei alla larga se dovessi oggi Nov-2021 fare un ordine importante di mobili x casa .....con il rischio di pagare....eppoi magari ritrovarmi come quei clienti di qualche anno fa' di MercatoneUno ....ripeto mi spiace molto ma le rece devono essere sincere per aiuto ad altri utenti... Prezzi soggettivamente per me abbastanza fuori dalla media. Forse una delle pecche E i personale abbastanza assente per chiedere informazioni inerenti all'acquisto di Tale valore dove si preferirebbe essere almeno assistiti e non solo assistiti in maniera adeguata. Dopo svariate chiamate per avere notizie sull'arrivo dei pezzi ti prendono anche per i fondelli... Alla fine? Ho messo l'avvocato FORSE a giorni dovrebbero consegnare e finire il lavoro...o almeno si spera... Mi spiace ma qui non comprerò mai più! Sembrava fosse finita l'odissea....e invece... Mi chiamano lunedì 21/06/21 : i pezzi sono arrivati!!! Consegna stabilita da loro giovedì 24/06/21... Evviva ci siamo!!! E invece... Mi richiamano mercoledì 23/06/21: purtroppo i montatori hanno avuto dei problemi...rimandano la consegna a sabato 26/06/21... Secondo voi può finire così??? Certo che no. Venerdì 25/06/21 chiamano dicendo che i pezzi mancanti NON sono arrivati!!!! QUESTA LA PROFESSIONALITÀ DI GRANCASA!!! P.S. in tutto questo io ho perso giorni di lavoro che nessuno mi paga!!!! Ad oggi 4 luglio 2021, tutto tace e nessuno si fa sentire... M	Marco D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata cucina creo nel mese di febbraio 2022 presso il punto vendita di Nerviano. Oggi 4 maggio 2022 arrivata cucina e installata. Sono molto molto soddisfatto. Ringrazio la signorina conny consulente alla vendita per la professionalità e l'aiuto nello sviluppo della mia nuova cucina, veramente un ottimo risultato (naturalmente giudizio soggettivo) Ringrazio il geometra che è uscito per le misure il quale ha dimostrato serietà e professionalità , infatti non c'è stato nessun intoppo in fase di installazione tt preciso e perfetto. In ultimo ringrazio la squadra di montatori (Edo) i quali oltre alla velocità , precisione , pulizia, si sono anche dimostrati molto servizievoli e attenti per la cura dei particolari. Oggi come oggi non è facile trovare tanta professionalità e serietà e mi sento in dovere di fare questa recensione molto positiva. Unica nota dolente un'antina leggermente ammaccata la quale è stata segnalata e mi verrà cambiata. Per me qualità prezzo da 5 stelle Purchased kitchen creo in February 2022 at the Nerviano store. I thank Miss conny sales consultant for the professionalism and help in the development of my new kitchen, a really good result (subjective judgment of course) I thank the surveyor who came out for the measurements who showed seriousness and professionalism, in fact there was no hitch in the installation phase tt precise and perfect. Lastly, I thank the team of fitters (Edo) who, in addition to speed, precision, cleanliness, also proved to be very helpful and attentive to the attention to detail. Today it is not easy to find such professionalism and seriousness and I feel compelled to make this very positive review. The only sore point is a slightly dented door which has been reported and will be changed to me. For me, 5-star quality and price
A	Alessandro Barbaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché non ne posso mettere di meno. Incompetenti, non professionali! Abbiamo preso un armadio a ottobre. Montaggio a gennaio. Mancano alcune cerniere (cerniere!!!!!!). Minacciano di smontarci l'armadio (10 ante con cabina) se non paghiamo tutto, in cambio ci lasciano una bolla, garantendoci entro fine gennaio il termine del lavoro. A marzo vado in negozio dove mi garantiscono che le cerniere ci sono e in pochi giorni verremo contattati per il montaggio. E' aprile. Stiamo ancora aspettando!!!! Ovviamente dal magazzino non risponde nessuno. Forse se facessero qualche offerta in meno e investissero un po' di più sulla cura del cliente andrebbe meglio. Dal canto mio, non comprerò più da loro (eravamo in trattativa per una cameretta), né lo consiglierò (anzi!!!). Mi spiace perché in passato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, ma ora ci sentiamo proprio presi in giro!! Because I can't wear less. Incompetent, unprofessional! We got a wardrobe in October. Assembly in January. Some hinges are missing (hinges !!!!!!). They threaten to dismantle the wardrobe (10 doors with cabin) if we do not pay for everything, in exchange they leave us a bill, guaranteeing the completion of the work by the end of January. In March I go to the shop where they guarantee me that the hinges are there and in a few days we will be contacted for assembly. It's April. We are still waiting!!!! Obviously, no one responds from the warehouse. Maybe if they made a few less offers and invested a little more in customer care it would be better. For my part, I will no longer buy from them (we were in negotiations for a bedroom), nor will I recommend them (indeed !!!). I'm sorry because we never had any problems in the past, but now we feel really cheated !!
