Laura e il suo staff hanno decisamente proposte per tutti i gusti e onestamente per tutte le tasche. Ho cambiato idea davvero molte volte, ciò nonostante la Sig.ra Laura mi ha sempre accolta con occhi spontanei in un clima di piacevole positività e disponibilità. La sua eleganza e modo di presentarsi rispecchiano il nome del suo negozio, lo consiglio veramente per tutte le occasioni, dal battesimo al matrimonio ma anche per un compleanno o una ricorrenza speciale. Da Laura e il suo staff ho acquistato le bomboniere per gli ospiti del mio matrimonio e devo dire ne sono stati tutti entusiasti... poi si sa... il miglior regalo che si possa ricevere e donare è il proprio tempo. From Laura and her staff I bought the favors for my wedding guests and I must say they were all enthusiastic ... then you know ... the best gift you can receive and give is your time. Tra sole tre scelte, alla fine ho scelto quello che preferivo, ma la titolare non sapeva se era disponibile. Alla richiesta di informarsi se era possibile ordinarne mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe chiamato il giorno dopo. Da quel momento non si è più fatta sentire e se chiamavo non rispondeva più nessuno. Non "chiedevo la Luna" ma semplicemente un po' di educazione, per fortuna sono riuscita a trovarla in un altro negozio. Poor service and hardly any choice. Ho contattato 2 giorni fa il negozio perché avevo bisogno un regalo dell'ultimo minuto, dei calici da vino personalizzati. Nonostante il poco preavviso la titolare Laura si è subito mobilitata per aiutarmi nel migliore dei modi, con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità non così scontata al giorno d'oggi soprattutto con richieste così sotto data. Mi ha risposto: con il nome che porta il mio negozio non potevo non esaudire questo desiderio. Oggi sono passata a ritirarli, proprio come li volevo!Confezione bellissima, servizio impeccabile tutto contornato da sorriso e gentilezza! Ogni attività dovrebbe avere la fortuna di avere una persona come la Signora Laura. Grazie ancora di cuore! Qui abbiamo fatto confezionare le nostre bomboniere di matrimonio ed ora che è nata la nostra bimba siamo andati direttamente nel negozio, senza ulteriori ricerche, perché eravamo certi che non saremmo stati delusi. Purtroppo, a causa della pandemia, al pranzo nel ristorante eravamo in numero ridotto e quindi poche erano anche le bomboniere che sarebbero state esposte. La signora Florentina, la commessa, ha preparato il tavolino sul quale sono state sistemate le bomboniere, con gusto e attenzione, portando altri oggetti che hanno arricchito la composizione. Sia le bomboniere che i "sacchettini" sono stati confezionati dalla signora Florentina e dalla signora Ljuba con grandissima cura e con ricchezza di nastri che hanno valorizzato quello che avevamo scelto. Sicuramente ritorneremo per le bomboniere dei nostri anniversari di matrimonio.
