★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ordinato, personale disponibile, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, le offerte del volantino sono davvero convenienti rispetto ad altri competitor o simili.L'assortimento è ampio e vario, ovviamente non come il negozio di Settimo Torinese ma per ovvie ragioni di superficie.Dispone di ampio parcheggio e di accesso facile anche per persone con disabilità.
Consiglio vivamente di farci un giro.
Tidy shop, helpful staff, very good quality / price ratio, the offers in the flyer are really affordable compared to other competitors or similar.The assortment is wide and varied, obviously not like the store in Settimo Torinese but for obvious surface reasons. ample parking and easy access even for people with disabilities.
I highly recommend taking a tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy Casa di Biella. Personale inefficente. Prodotto in offerta con cartello in esposizione arrivati in cassa passa a prezzo pieno (differenza di 15€). Avvisato la cassiera che rimosso cartello e mi ha lasciato attendere per un ora x il rimborso senza nemmeno scusarsi. Anche la cliente dopo di me stesso problema con un altro articolo. Fate attenzione.???
Happy House of Biella. Ineffective staff. Product on offer with sign on display when arrived at the cash desk passes at full price (difference of € 15). Notified the cashier that she removed the sign and let me wait for an hour for the refund without even apologizing. Even the customer after myself problem with another article. Pay attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diciamo che in alcuni prezzi sono buoni adesso con gli sconti ottimi però altri sono alti tipo pellet in offerta 5.99 euro è un po' troppo caro visto che è in offerta prezzo pieno 7.99 carissimo personale gentile e presente con uno sforzo meriterebbe le 5 stelle
