La ceremonia fue grandiosa y engalanada con una música de piano "celestial".. me fascinó visitar este lugar. The church is great! I was fortunate to celebrate the Resurrection Mass on Holy Saturday. The ceremony was great and adorned with a "heavenly" piano music. I was fascinated by visiting this place.

La nuova chiesa fu consacrata nel 1760. È uno dei maggiori esempi del barocco vicentino. Il progetto è stato attribuito all'architetto veneziano Giorgio Massari (1687–1766), in collaborazione con Francesco Muttoni (1667 – 1747), anche se non manca chi lo attribuisce al vicentino Giuseppe Marchi (1669-1757). Tra i numerosi e pregevoli dipinti di scuola veneziana vi è una rarissima opera di Giovanni Battista Maganza il vecchio. Si segnala inoltre la sacrestia con il suo mobilio intarsiato (aperta solo durante le funzioni e le visite guidate su prenotazione). The current church of San Marco in San Girolamo is a baroque church built mostly from 1720 to 1727 by the order of the Discalced Carmelites, replacing the previous and smaller church of the Gesuati. The new church was consecrated in 1760. It is one of the greatest examples of the Baroque of Vicenza. The project was attributed to the Venetian architect Giorgio Massari (1687–1766), in collaboration with Francesco Muttoni (1667 - 1747), although there is no lack of those who attribute it to Giuseppe Marchi (1669-1757) from Vicenza. Among the numerous and valuable paintings of the Venetian school there is a very rare work by Giovanni Battista Maganza the elder. Also of note is the sacristy with its inlaid furniture (open only during functions and guided tours by reservation).

Ricci, secondo altare a destra; - l'altare maggiore in marmo di Carrara; - "la trinità tra il beato Giovanni Colombini e San Carlo Borromeo" di A. Maganza, transetto parte sinistra; - "Cristo deposto con Maria e i santi Maddalena, Giovanni evangelista e San Nicola Vescovo" di G. B. Maganza il giovane, transetto parte sinistra. Ingresso: libero.
