★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica cosa che a loro interessa è vendere ma delle persone e di lasciarle letteralmente "in mezzo alla strada" non si interessano. Vendita gestita malissimo. Commissioni care. Da loro il cliente ha sempre torto, è sempre poco istruito e loro sono sempre e comunque dalla parte della ragione. Professionalità ed umanità ZERO! Vivamente sconsigliata!!!
The only thing they are interested in is selling but people and leaving them literally "in the middle of the street" are not interested. Badly managed sale. Dear commissions. The customer is always wrong with them, he is always poorly educated and they are always on the side of reason. Professionalism and humanity ZERO! Strongly not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' ormai consuetudine che diverse agenzie immobiliari utilizzino impropriamente i portali di pubblicazione annunci per il reperimento di dati di contatto per incrementare il volume dei clienti potenziali. Una di queste è appunto l'agenzia Professione Casa di Cinisello Balsamo. Mi riferisco ad un annuncio relativo la vendita di un trilocale, in via Malpensa 30, a Cinisello Balsamo. Annuncio pubblicato su Immobiliare.it per la prima volta in data 21 marzo 2022. Premetto che consulto tale portale da un anno circa, tutti i giorni (sabato e domenica incluso), e che ho impostato una ricerca che giornalmente mi informa via mail degli annunci. Contatto l'agenzia il 21 marzo nel primo pomeriggio e viene fissata la visita per l'univo giorno previsto, il sabato (26 marzo); ergo, il primo sabato di visite. Nel tardo pomeriggio l'annuncio viene rimosso e vengo ricontattato il giorno seguente, 22 marzo, per essere informato che l'appuntamento del sabato deve essere annullato, poiché l'appartamento è in trattativa. P.S.: in risposta a questo post, seguiranno le giustificazioni già pervenute (sempre mezzo messaggio): '..le visite sono iniziate il sabato prima'...'c'è stato un errore di sistema'

Announcement published on Immobiliare.it for the first time on 21 March 2022. I state that I have been consulting this portal for about a year, every day (Saturday and Sunday included), and that I have set up a search that informs me daily of the advertisements via email . I contact the agency on March 21 in the early afternoon and the visit is scheduled for the scheduled day, Saturday (March 26); ergo, the first Saturday of visits. In the late afternoon the announcement is removed and I am contacted the following day, March 22, to be informed that the Saturday appointment must be canceled, as the apartment is under negotiation. PS: in response to this post, the justifications already received will follow (always half a message): '.. the visits started the Saturday before' ... 'there was a system error'
