 I've usually found kind and helpful salespeople, but the service is not always quick. Good offers and good coverage in the area, even 4G.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO. Se dovete proprio andarci fate 50 metri in più e andate nel negozio sull'ala nuova. Il 14 aprile sia io che mio papà riceviamo entrambi messaggio di un offerta promozionale se ritorniamo in wind. Vista la convenienza, andiamo insieme al Grand'Affi e per far prima io vado nel negozio nell'ala vecchia e lui nell'altro. Data di portabilità per entrambi il 16 aprile. Lui il 16 aveva effettivamente il numero portato in wind, io oggi 26 aprile sto ancora aspettando. Ho chiamato il ragazzo incompetente che c'è in negozio il 19 aprile e mi aveva detto che è colpa di wind che ha problemi nel software. Perchè solo per lui? Chiamo wind e mi dicono che non è stato fatto niente, nemmeno attivato il numero provvisorio. Richiamo in negozio e faccio presente questo. Mi assicura che in 3 giorni avrebbe sistemato tutto. Effettivamente il numero provvisorio funziona ma oggi mi è arrivato il messaggio che la portabilità non è endata a buon fine. Fate voi.
BAD SERVICE. If you have to go there, walk 50 meters more and go to the shop on the new wing. On April 14th both my dad and I both receive a promotional offer message if we return to wind. Given the convenience, we go together to the Grand'Affi and to make it first I go to the shop in the old wing and he in the other. Portability date for both on April 16. On the 16th he actually had the number brought in wind, today April 26th I'm still waiting. I called the incompetent guy in the shop on April 19th and he told me it's wind's fault for having software problems. Why only for him? I call wind and they tell me that nothing has been done, not even activated the provisional number. I'll call back to the shop and point this out. He assures me that in 3 days he would have everything sorted out. Actually the provisional number works but today I got the message that the portability is not successful. You do.

Sono entrata per chiedere una informazione, c'erano due ragazze che lavoravano entrambe sullo stesso cliente. Sono incinta (visibilmente) e faccio fatica a stare a lungo in piedi in attesa quindi e dopo 45/50 minuti di coda ho chiesto alla ragazza con i capelli lunghi se intanto che il cliente prima di me decideva una cosa poteva rispondermi ad una domanda e mi ha risposto malissimo e scocciata. Non sono mai stata trattata tanto male in un negozio in vita mia, mai avrei pensato che accadesse pure in un momento in cui solitamente le persone cercano piuttosto di aiutarmi visto il pancione. Non ci metterò mai più piede e consiglio calorosamente a tutti gli interessati di recarsi piuttosto nel negozio wind 3 (ex 3) presente nella stessa struttura dove sono decisamente più cordiali e competenti.

I went in to ask for information, there were two girls who both worked on the same client. I am (visibly) pregnant and I find it difficult to stand waiting for a long time and after 45/50 minutes of queuing I asked the girl with long hair if in the meantime the client before me decided something could answer a question and she replied very badly and annoyed. I have never been treated so badly in a shop in my life, I never thought it would happen even at a time when people usually try to help me given the baby bump. I will never set foot again and I warmly advise all interested parties to go rather to the wind 3 (ex 3) shop in the same structure where they are decidedly more friendly and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location è molto comoda inserita nel centro commerciale di Affi. Nella giornata di domenica ho trovato un ragazzo a mio avviso da poco nel negozio molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia ritengo che siano molto lenti.... Con una persona per commesso ho dovuto aspettare venti minuti perché arrivasse il mio turno. Decisamente impensabile dover aspettare tutto quel tempo per tre minuti di informazioni!!!
The location is very convenient inserted in the Affi shopping center. On Sunday I found a guy in my opinion recently in the store very kind and helpful. However I think they are very slow .... With one person per clerk I had to wait twenty minutes for my turn to arrive. Definitely unthinkable having to wait all that time for three minutes of information !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, ma (!) Cheat !!! Il 10/12/2018 è stata acquistata una carta SIM da loro, per la quale hanno chiesto 30 euro, sostenendo che il conto sarebbe stato prepagato con 2 mesi anticipo - dicembre e gennaio inclusi.
In effetti, il conto era di 0,00 euro
È un peccato quando i rappresentanti di una cosme grande azienda sono impegnati in piccole truffe! (((

Dear staff, but (!) Cheat !!! 10/12/2018 was a bit card from them, for which they asked for 30 euros, arguing that the bill would have been prepaid with 2 months in advance - December and January included. In fact, the bill was 0.00 euro is a sin when the representatives of such a large company are engaged in small scams! ((((
Обманывают! Купил сим-карту за которую они потребовали с меня 30€ , мотивируя что будет ппедоплачены два месяца наперед.
На самом деле, на счету оказалось 0.00€ !((((
Мне очень хочется надеяться, что эти 20 евро не положили мне на счёт, только по случайной забывчивости, или невнимательности.
