★ ★ ★ ★ ★ negozio molto bello e pieno di gadget per smartphone e tablet,personale preparato,riparazione velocissima e prezzi onesti...mi sono recato in vari negozi a fare preventivi fra cui i famosi "cinesi" ma alla fine la riparazione mi è costata meno da melaggiusti e in più ho la certezza che mi hanno montato pezzi di qualità e con garanzia.

very nice shop full of gadgets for smartphones and tablets, trained staff, fast repair and honest prices ... Al ritorno mi è stato detto che bastava chiedere il cambio con uno schermo originale, al medesimo prezzo (perchè non mi è stato proposto subito?). Secondo schermo, a loro dire originale, aveva ancora una resa non paragonabile al display originale. Sconsigliato
Very bad experience, screen changed on iPhone but had a different rendering from the previous one. On my return I was told that it was enough to ask for the change with an original screen, at the same price (why wasn't it proposed to me immediately?). Second screen, according to them original, still had a yield not comparable to the original display. Not recommended

Faccio notare che lui non aveva ancora aperto il negozio quando sono arrivata ma che nel vedermi fuori lo ha aperto prima. Sono stati gentili e professionali. I prezzi sono molto buoni. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio telefono durante la notte ha deciso di smettere di funzionare di colpo… senza appuntamento mi hanno subito accolto per risolvere il problema dandomi informazioni su cosa potesse essere successo e sull’eventuale spesa.
Nel giro di mezz’ora hanno sostituito lo schermo fulminato e risolto il problema. Efficientissimi e gentili. Prezzo direi nella media ☺️

During the night my phone decided to stop working all of a sudden ... without an appointment they immediately welcomed me to solve the problem, giving me information on what could have happened and on any expenses.
Within half an hour they replaced the burned out screen and solved the problem. Very efficient and kind. Price I would say average ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMBARAZZANTE ESPERIENZA, prima cambio batteria e mi ridanno il telefono con sensore faceid non funzionante, capsula auricolare non funzionante. Dopo averlo riconsegnato me lo forniscono con face id ancora non funzionante e dopo averlo fatto notare si lavano le mani dicendo che non potevano fare nulla. Dopo solleciti vari mi hanno ritirato il telefono e lavoratoci per ben 9 giorni lavorativi PER POI CONSEGNARMI IL TELEFONO SENZA SENSORE DI PROSSIMITA'. Esperienza terribile, personale estremamente scortese. Non ho voluto proseguire i reclami perchè ho capito che non sono figure competenti per rimanere educati.
EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE, first battery change and they give me back the phone with the faceid sensor not working, ear capsule not working. After returning it to me they provide it with face id still not working and after pointing it out they wash their hands saying that they could not do anything. After various reminders they picked up my phone and worked on it for 9 working days TO THEN GIVE ME THE PHONE WITHOUT PROXIMITY SENSOR. Terrible experience, extremely rude staff. I did not want to continue the complaints because I understood that they are not competent figures to remain polite.
