Non è proprio il modo di comportarsi soprattutto nei confronti di potenziali nuovi clienti! Bad experience. Parcel never arrived, contacted in all possible ways but NEVER no answer. This is not exactly the way to behave especially towards potential new customers!

Ovviamente nessun rimborso e nessuna risposta in merito dai titolari. Bad experience, parcel never arrived despite more confirmations of the correct address indicated on the order and even less on an alternative address ... in Turin not in unavailable areas !!! Obviously no refund and no response from the owners.

Velocità nelle spedizioni, imballaggio accurato, fattura e scontrino, tanti campioncini da provare. Ormai sono una cliente affezionata. I have been shopping online for two years and have never had a problem. Speed in shipments, careful packaging, invoice and receipt, many samples to try. By now I am a loyal customer.

In quei giorni io ho ordinato di tutto ed è arrivato tutto, il problema era una tinta. Comunque alla fine sono stata rimborsata ma ho ridato fiducia al venditore riacquistando la merce che alla fine è arrivata. Sto per effettuare infatti un nuovo ordine :) anche se ho un problema con un codice promo ora sparito, ma confido che mi contatteranno e chiariremo. Dunque devo dire che è andato tutto bene, il mio consiglio è rispondere prontamente al cliente però , per questo metto solo 4 stelle :) I would like to honestly point out as said to the owner that communication must never be missing especially with new customers and online species. In those days I ordered everything and everything came, the problem was a tint. However, in the end I was reimbursed but I restored confidence to the seller by buying back the goods that eventually arrived. I am in fact making a new order :) although I have a problem with a promo code now gone, but I trust that they will contact me and we will clarify. So I must say that everything went well, my advice is to respond promptly to the customer, however, for this I only put 4 stars :)

Impossibile ricevere informazioni sullo stato dell'ordine e su eventuali rimborsi ai recapiti indicati sul sito. Sconsigliatissimo e da segnalare all'autorità preposte Almost twenty days have passed since the order and I have not received anything yet. It is impossible to receive information on the status of the order and any refunds at the addresses indicated on the site. Highly not recommended and to be reported to the appropriate authorities
D	Diana Stankeviciute on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my favourite Frais Monde perfume. It arrived in a reasonable time in perfect condition and also included a lot of cream samples to try out! I now love Lilla Natura, totally recommend. The only minus is the price for shipment outside of Italy, which costed me ~£16, but I assume it's not the shop's fault. Still, very much worth it. Definitely going to order more from this shop in the future.
