È stata molto maleducata e arrogante alzando di molto la voce quando le ho chiesto per la seconda volta indicazioni su un prodotto mostrando zero pazienza e cordialità col cliente.
Rude saleswoman I was looking for a product and asked a saleswoman for help. Responds to the name of Cristina, black hair and glasses. She was very rude and arrogant raising her voice a lot when I asked her for the second time about a product showing zero patience and friendliness with the customer.

Uno in piazza Castello e l'altro in corso Palladio ed hanno molti prodotti specifici per la cura della persona.
I prezzi sono nella media.
Il customer service,a mio parere,andrebbe migliorato perché non può essere solo un self-service se situato in un centro storico.
Investire su qualche risorsa in più.
In the historic center of Vicenza there are two,
One in piazza Castello and the other in corso Palladio and they have many specific products for personal care.
Prices are average.
The customer service, in my opinion, should be improved because it cannot be just a self-service if located in a historic center.
Invest in a few more resources.
