★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy family owned restaurant on a quiet street, with extra room upstairs for larger groups, owner and daughter were very accommodating when I had to change my reservation despite the language barrier, the pasta dishes were amazing (had a pumpkin ravioli, and spinach tortellacci drizzled with balsamic vinagar) followed by a traditional dessert from Modena. Will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Vicenza. Fuorimodena is known for their home made pasta and sauces. I highly recommend the tasting menu that gives a few small plates of pasta, appetizers, and a dessert. Everything about this little restaurant is fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing spectacular here. The drinks were weak and overpriced. I ordered a Prosecco, but instead received another sparkling white instead. It was a durello, which I like, but this should have been explained up front, instead of just trying to pass it off as a Prosecco. The Campari spritzes were weak. The only thing that was really good were the sgabei, but not worth the trip just for them. Also, be careful sitting at the outside tables, the street is pretty narrow there, so there were some cars that were very close to those sitting closest to the street.

Also the selection is small, especially with the many pork or alcohol based foods... Which doesn't suit everyone! More restaurants should consider non-mainstream (Western-Christian) diets in their menus. But I loved the somewhat healthy desert options! (One was not available though)
Very good service considering the customer to staff ratio.
Nice decor but nothing special.

The tartare, tortellini and gnocco fritto are incredible.
