★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hidden gem. Visited for lunch snd was really impressed and left full! We enjoyed light, delicious torteli with pumpkin, spaghetti with artichokes, clams and roe, a special pasta with sardines and breadcrumbs, the macherroncini with bolognese (pasta was made in house!) and the fish of the day (sea bass) with grilled vegetables and potato. Also a lovely Valpolicella. Highly recommended, lovely atmosphere, gracious staff and comfort, cozy and classy dining room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 6 stars I would. So delightful, classy but not snobby, so well done, affordable, clearly everything done (service, preparation, and food) done from the heart. Bacala amazing. Filletto di Orata (fish fillet) and even the Crostoli added touch with coffee was super. Even the bread grissini, potatoe flour bread, and some type of darker integrale - super fresh. A true delight - I don't want to return to America ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy, Italian tavern with fine-dining finishes, Antico Guelfo is a compulsory, culinary experience to relish whilst in Vicenza. We had reservations at 8pm and were promptly sat at charming table next to the fireplace. Our dinner consisted of traditional, Italian dishes with seasonal twists... the black garlic and lemon ravioli was delectable! Decadent butter cream sauces served with most plates, and tiramisu with a crunch! Campi and Tai Rosso wines complemented our meals nicely, too. We easily spent two joyful hours here dining with friends. Cannot wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, service could have been a bit more knowledgeable around the menu and the street seating just a little more enclosed but the general atmosphere was amazing, calming and beautiful. The food was good, we had the beef and lampchops. The wine selection was good, but I can't really comment on it since I barely drink it.
