Per il livello tecnico, giustamente, come suggerito (dopo aver verificato personalmente le effettive anomalie) ho dovuto contattare il centro assistenza 177 segnalando malfunzionamenti in "area personale" a tutt'oggi (dopo un mese) risolti parzialmente. Sarebbe opportuno per ILIAD, in caso di necessità o segnalazioni riguardanti le loro anomalie "bugs SW" dedicare una linea da indirizzare direttamente ad un tecnico competente per poter esporre i problemi riscontrati ed eventualmente risolverli nei tempi "canonici". Pertanto, attualmente, il servizio tecnico (inesistente) è da considerarsi molto scarso. Per l'assistenza tecnica mi riserverò di rivalutare la mia opinione il prossimo mese.
Always kind, helpful and competent for assistance with new contracts. For the technical level, rightly, as suggested (after personally checking the actual anomalies) I had to contact the assistance center 177 reporting malfunctions in the "personal area" to date (after a month) partially solved. It would be advisable for ILIAD, in case of need or reports regarding their "bugs SW" anomalies, to dedicate a line to be addressed directly to a competent technician to be able to expose the problems encountered and possibly solve them in the "canonical" time frame. Therefore, currently, the technical service (non-existent) is to be considered very scarce. For technical assistance I will reserve the right to reassess my opinion next month.
