Scammers I bought a new phone number I paid 25 euros in my shop I was told that 10 for the card and 15 for recharging instead I received a receipt for 10 euros and only I think only 10 for recharging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata sabato mattina per usufruire della reloaded plus e cambiare cosi il mio cellulare con l'ultimo modello sul mercato (così viene pubblicizzata sui vari siti e in tv) nulla di più falso. Io mi sono presentata esattamente dal 13°mese dalla data di acquisto( data confermata da una loro collega sempre nella stessa Wind nel mese di Dicembre quando appunto avevo chiesto informazioni) invece ora il 13°mese partiva dal pagamento delle prima fattura!!! quindi dovevo attendere ancora un mese, ma fosse solo quello il problema, oltre a dover attendere ancora vengo a scoprire che in poche parole il mio cellulare un S20 plus non potevo cambiarlo con nessun top di gamma ma con uno simile o meglio se ti riprendi lo stesso magari cambi solo il colore è meglio! Ma quindi chiedo all'operatore "che pago a fare 8 euro in più di reloaded plus?" e lui bè fa da casto. Spazientita al massimo chiedo come rescindere il contratto e tra una balla e l'altro arrivo ad una cifra che manco per una cauzione per tentata rapina a mano armata mi chiederebbero.
Conclusione attendo ahimè i 17 mesi che mi legano a questi truffatori e addio, e consiglio vivamente a tutti i clienti Windtre di fare lo stesso.
I went on Saturday morning to take advantage of the reloaded plus and thus change my mobile phone with the latest model on the market (as it is advertised on various sites and on TV) nothing more false. I presented myself exactly from the 13th month from the date of purchase (date confirmed by a colleague of theirs always in the same Wind in the month of December when I had asked for information) but now the 13th month started from the payment of the first invoice !!! so I had to wait another month, but that was just the problem, in addition to having to wait again I come to discover that in a nutshell I could not change my phone an S20 plus with any top of the range but with a similar one or better if you take it back same maybe only change the color is better! But then I ask the operator "what do I pay to make 8 euros more than reloaded plus?" and he well acts as chaste. Spatient at the most I ask how to terminate the contract and between a lie and the other I arrive at a figure that is missing for a bail for attempted armed robbery they would ask me.
Conclusion I look forward to the 17 months that bind me to these scammers and goodbye, and I highly recommend all Windtre customers to do the same.
