Nulla da dire sul viaggio, ma sono pessimo per quanto riguarda la gestione della lista nozze. Fin dall'inizio hanno gestito il sito per il viaggio con ritardo e con diverse mancanze e leggerezze. Il biglietto fornito ai nostri invitati era stato scritto con indicazioni poco chiare... Tanto che gli abbiamo chiesto di rifarli 3 volte... Inoltre la procedura per versare le quote è stata macchinosa e poco chiara, tanto che molti invitati hanno avuto difficoltà. La cosa peggiore però è stata la loro inesistente professionalità dichiarando telefonicamente il giorno prima della partenza che avrebbero il giorno stesso provveduto all'erogazione urgente del bonifico delle quote versare in eccesso. Ciò non è stato fatto e nessuno ci ha detto nulla e siamo stati noi a dover iniziare a sollecitare il pagamento attraverso svariate mail durante il nostro viaggio di nozze. Oltre agli accordi telefonici è proprio stato infranto il contratto che dichiarava che le quote in eccesso ci sarebbero state bonificate prima della partenza per il viaggio: NOI ABBIAMO AVUTO I NOSTRI SOLDI CON PIÙ DI UN MESE DI RITARDO E SVARIATE MAIL DI PROTESTA E SOLLECITO. QUESTO È INACCETTABILE E VERGOGNOSO. NESSUNO CI HA CHIESTO SCUSA PER TUTTO QUESTO. SCONSIGLIAMO TOTALMENTE DI ORGANIZZARE UN VIAGGIO CON LISTA NOZZE DA LORO E IN GENERALE DI NON RIVOLGERVI A LORO PERCHÉ NON SONO AFFATTO SERI E PROFESSIONALI. Unfortunately we have decided to organize our honeymoon with them with a wedding list ... Nothing to say about the trip, but they are bad for the management of the wedding list. From the beginning they managed the site for the journey with delay and with various shortcomings and lightnesses. The ticket provided to our guests was written with unclear information ... So much so that we asked them to do it 3 times ... Furthermore, the procedure for paying the fees was cumbersome and unclear, so much so that many guests had difficulties. The worst thing, however, was their non-existent professionalism by declaring by telephone the day before departure that they would on the same day provide for the urgent payment of the transfer of the dues to pay in excess. This was not done and no one told us anything and we were the ones who started to solicit payment through various emails during our honeymoon. In addition to the telephone agreements, the contract that declared that the excess quotas would have been cleared before the departure for the trip has been broken: WE HAVE HAD OUR MONEY WITH MORE THAN A MONTH OF DELAY AND DISCONTINUED MAIL OF PROTEST. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL. NO ONE ASKED US FOR ANYTHING FOR THIS. WE TOTALLY ADVISE YOU TO ORGANIZE A JOURNEY WITH A WEDDING LIST FROM THEM AND IN GENERAL TO NOT REFER TO THEM WHY THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

Speriamo di ripartire presto con loro o tramite loro per mete lontane ?? Consigliatissimo!!!
