Con l'esperienza di poi non prenderei per oro colato tutte le cose che consigliano per le liste nozze ed eviterei senz'altro di comprare qui degli elettrodomestici: meglio cercarli in negozi più specializzati che danno più scelta. Gestione della lista nozze confusa a livello di chiusura, conteggio e disponibilità effettiva degli articoli al momento della consegna. Il titolare è accogliente anche se un po' affettato, se la tira tanto ma poi nella relazione col cliente si concede degli scivoloni da lasciare di stucco. In sintesi, per un acquisto singolo è un negozio che può andare, ma per cose più complesse e organizzate cercherei altrove. In summary, for a single purchase it is a shop that can go, but for more complex and organized things I would look elsewhere.

Il tagliere mi e´arrivato ben imballato ma completamente deforme ed imbarcato, chiaramente difettoso ed inutilizabile. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al titolare che si e´, a dire il vero, subito attivato con la massima cortesia. Nonstante cio´ il mio problema e´rimasto irrisolto dopo oltre un mese dall´acquisto. Il tagliere e´stato anche ritirato per la sostituzione ma ad oggi (dopo un´ ulteriore settimana) non ho ricevuto ne´sostituzione ne´rimborso. Ferma la massima disponibilita´ e gentilezza del venditore a risolvere la vicenda, il problema e´rimasto a mio carico e non ritengo giusto che si possa scarica la colpa comunque su altre inefficienze dato che il pagamento e´stato fatto anticipatamente ed al venditore non al fornitore. Inoltre, magari prima della spedizione, sarebbe bene per scrupolo un controllo adeguato sulla merce da spedire cosa che avrebbe risolto il problema sul nascere. Unfortunately my experience was not at all positive. I bought a KNIndustrie chopping board of a certain value online. The cutting board arrived well packed but completely deformed and embarked, clearly defective and useless. I asked for an explanation from the owner who, to tell the truth, immediately activated with the utmost courtesy. Despite this, my problem remained unsolved after more than a month from the purchase. The cutting board was also withdrawn for replacement but to date (after a further week) I have not received any replacement or refund. Without prejudice to the maximum willingness and kindness of the seller to resolve the matter, the problem remained with me and I do not think it right that we can discharge the blame anyway on other inefficiencies given that the payment was made in advance and the seller was not at the supplier. In addition, perhaps before shipping, it would be good for scruple an adequate check on the goods to be shipped which would have solved the problem in the bud.
