Parcheggiata in "drive", probabilmente lasciata accesa e col freno a mano tirato. La trovo aperta e con la batteria totalmente a terra. Provo a farla ripartire inutilmente. Mi attaccano i cavi, ovviamente riparte, una settimana dopo resto a piedi perché chiaramente la batteria ha preso una "botta" e non tiene più (batteria di 2 anni su auto nuova, mica di 20). Sostituisco forzatamente la batteria (sono restata a piedi, lo devo fare per forza) spendendo 210 euro. Chiamo il distributore per spiegare l'accaduto dopo che ci eravamo lasciati con un "se c'è qualcosa siamo qua". Prima parlo con una signora molto scortese che mi attacca il telefono in faccia pretendendo di avere ragione, richiamo, parlo col figlio che si pregia di aver fatto il meccanico per 20 anni e perciò non è colpa loro perché le batterie si usurano. In sostanza: io resto col danno e me lo pago, loro restano dei poracci. I leave the car for the wash on Saturday 5 October. I'm going to pick it up again after a couple of hours. Parked in "drive", probably left on and with the handbrake on. I find it open and with the battery totally on the ground. I try to get it started again unnecessarily. The cables attack me, obviously again, a week later I stay on foot because clearly the battery has taken a "hit" and no longer holds (2-year battery on a new car, not 20). I forcibly replace the battery (I stayed on foot, I have to do it by force) spending 210 euros. I call the distributor to explain what happened after we left with a "if there's something we're here". First I talk to a very rude lady who attacks my phone and pretends to be right, I call, I talk to her son who has the honor of being a mechanic for 20 years and therefore it is not their fault because the batteries wear out. Basically: I stay with the damage and I pay it, they remain poracci.
