★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto la fibra qualche giorno fa. Ci fissano un appuntamento per oggi con il tecnico, fascia oraria 08.30-10.30. Prendo un permesso a lavoro. Alle 10.30 non si è ancora fatto vivo nessuno. Alle 11.15, dopo varie telefonate di sollecito, il tecnico viene dato ufficialmente per disperso, con queste più o meno testuali parole: "Non so cosa sia successo. Vi chiameremo per fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Se volete, potete fare reclamo". Quando si dice iniziare col piede giusto. Poi per carità, siamo sotto le feste, sarà stata una giornata no... Fatto sta che oggi avremmo già dovuto aver la fibra, e invece abbiamo perso una mattinata senza manco una spiegazione o un nuovo appuntamento. Bene ma non benissimo direi.

Non mollano finché non risolvono. Un piacere avere a che fare con loro. Complimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, disponibilità, rapidità. Sono queste le caratteristiche del Negozio TIM Ring a Mogliano Veneto. I due responsabili sono veramente gentili e preparati ad affrontare sia i casi più complicati (e con TIM è normale avere situazioni intricate) che quelle più semplici.
Nel mio caso hanno egregiamente risolto un trasloco con nuovo numero e spostamento di più linee cellulari con tutti gli abbonamenti vari in streaming, domiciliazione e TIM Unica. Un' Assistenza così qualificata, di questi tempi, è veramente dura trovarne in giro. Bravi!???
