Mi sono rivolto a loro per 2 diverse attivazioni e in entrambi i casi si sono dimostrati molto preparati professionali e gentili. Assolutamente consigliato!!! Il negozio al suo interno vende anche prodotti alimentari ricercati

Ma Gigi il titolare oltre ad essere una grande persona, generosa è anche un grande professionista.
Ho passato 3 giorni al telefono e nei punti fastweb per comprendere come mai la mia nuova SIM fastweb non funzionasse su una saponetta WIFI Dlink che avevo comprato su internet.
Ho assistito al festival del menefreghismo, della maleducazione e dell'incompetenza.
Venendo via deluso dalle non soluzioni dal punto fastweb di carugate ho cercato se ne esistesse uno in zona. Ho trovato questo negozio a Pessano dove il titolare, in modo completamente disinteressato (non ho comprato niente lì) ma in modo molto professionale e attento ai problemi dei potenziali clienti, ha risolto il mio problema.
Proprio perchè si è prodigato per risolvere la mia questione ho approfittato per conoscerlo meglio , facendomi offrire un caffè (il caffè tra i i prodotti che vende questo curioso negozio) ed ho scoperto anche una persona stupenda, generosa che si dedica agli altri, ai disabili con un'iniziativa legata al mondo dei Kart.
Lì ho capito che nulla è per caso. Se sei un grande professionista attento al cliente è perchè sei anche una bella persona e viceversa.
