★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo portato il mio pc portatile (che non si accendeva più) presso un servizio di assistenza in centro a Sesto San Giovanni; grazie alle recensioni positive, dopo qualche giorno, portai anche un iphone5S che, pure, non si accendeva più. Dopo quasi un mese e mezzo, non ricevendo notizie, passai dal negozio e mi fu detto che nessuno dei due poteva essere riparato. Mi sono rivolta ai ragazzi di PHONE TECH (sempre in Sesto San Giovanni Centro Commerciale Vulcano) e, in pochi giorni, mi hanno riparato il pc portatile dal quale sto scrivendo e stanno riparando anche l'iphone5S. Sono stati proprio GENTILI, PROFESSIONALI, RAPIDI ed io sono PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTA. GRAZIE.
I had brought my laptop (which no longer turned on) to a service center in the center of Sesto San Giovanni; thanks to the positive reviews, after a few days, I also brought an iphone5S that, too, didn't turn on anymore. After almost a month and a half, receiving no news, I passed by the shop and was told that neither could be repaired. I turned to the guys from PHONE TECH (always in Sesto San Giovanni Vulcano Shopping Center) and, in a few days, they repaired my laptop from which I am writing and are also repairing the iphone5S. They were just GENTILI, PROFESSIONAL, RAPIDI and I am FULLY SATISFIED. THANK YOU.

Il ragazzo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile!
Vetro posizionato perfettamente e in pochi minuti, qualità del vetro e della cover veramente ottime!

Ho riparato un I-phone per luminosità bassa al prezzo di 120 €, poichè a detta loro, il telefono aveva bisogno di un cambio batteria e schermo (?!).
Dato che non ero convinto, ho TRATTENUTO CON ME LA BATTERIA E LO SCHERMO (a detta loro rotti).
Dopo 7 giorni il telefono ha ripresentato il guasto. Scontrino alla mano, sono andato a chiedere lumi, portando con me i pezzi vecchi. Aprendo il cell, hanno detto che c'era un connettore guasto. Hanno spazzolato lo stesso e mi hanno chiesto lo schermo vecchio che avevo con me. L'hanno rimontato,e secondo loro il guasto era riparato. A quel punto ho chiesto il motivo della spesa di 120 €, dal momento che fin dall'inizio bastva spazzolre un connettore e soprattutto per il fatto che lo schermo, a conti fatti non era stato sostituito (aveva nascosto quello "nuovo" smontato alla seconda visita.). Da li la mia richiest di rimontare anche la batteria e ridarmi indietro i pezzi. Nonostante avessi lo scontrino, il tizio asiatico, ha pensato di chiamare la sicurezza, che come logica dei fatti h dato ragione a me, intimando IL TITOLARE A RISARCIRE QUANTO DOVUTO.

I repaired an I-phone for low brightness at a price of € 120, because according to them, the phone needed a battery change and screen (?!).
Since I was not convinced, I HAVE BEEN TAKEN WITH THE BATTERY AND THE SCREEN (according to their broken).
After 7 days the phone returned the fault. Receipt to the hand, I went to ask for lights, bringing with me the old pieces. Opening the cell, they said there was a faulty connector. They brushed the same and asked me for the old screen I had with me. They reassembled it, and according to them the fault was repaired. At that point I asked the reason for the cost of € 120, since it was enough to brush a connector from the beginning and especially for the fact that the screen, on balance had not been replaced (had hidden that "new" disassembled the second visit.). From there my request to reassemble the battery and give me back the pieces. Although I had the receipt, the Asian guy, he thought to call security, which as a logic of the facts gave reason to me, intimating THE OWNER TO RESERVE WHEN DUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità, mi hanno messo un vetro che non è durato nemmeno 24 ore, sono tornata per sostituirlo e mi hanno risposto che loro non danno garanzia sui vetri. Fossi tornata un mese dopo ok, ma il giorno dopo!!! Vetri di qualità scadenti, proprietario maleducato. Ve lo sconsiglio, piuttosto al piano di sopra c è una signora gentilissima che mette i vetri e vende cover alla metà del prezzo del cinese. Pessimo davvero
Zero professionalism, they put a glass that didn't even last 24 hours, I came back to replace it and they told me that they don't guarantee the glass. I was back a month later ok, but the next day !!! Poor quality glasses, rude owner. I do not recommend it, rather upstairs there is a very kind lady who puts on the glasses and sells covers at half the price of the Chinese. Really bad
