★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerco sempre di evitare questa farmacia ma per necessità, di domenica, ci sono "ricascato". Scortese e antipatico il personale soprattutto la signorina con i capelli neri e gli occhiali, supponente e arrogante.
 I always try to avoid this pharmacy but out of necessity, on Sunday, I "fell back". Rude and unpleasant the staff especially the young lady with black hair and glasses, opinionated and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa pubblicano a fare il numero di telefono se poi non rispondono mai o lo staccano non si sa. Però rende l idea del livello di servizio che si può trovare in questa farmacia.
We do not know what they publish to do on the phone number if they never answer or disconnect it. But it gives an idea of the level of service that can be found in this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I primi a dare l'esempio rispetto l'uso della mascherina devono essere i medici e i farmacisti mi pare che appartengano alla categoria o mi sbaglio? In un clima molto "cameratesco", i due " dottori" servono la clientela con la mascherina completamente abbassata. C'è il plexiglas a dividere,allora perché indossarla? Allora perché le colleghe la indossano correttamente? Forse sarebbe il caso che i responsabili o i proprietari della farmacia facessero qualche controllo in più e magari una selezione migliore sul personale.
The first to set an example with respect to the use of the mask must be doctors and pharmacists I think they belong to the category or am I wrong? In a very "comradely" atmosphere, the two "doctors" serve customers with the mask completely lowered. There is Plexiglas to divide, so why wear it? So why are co-workers wearing it correctly? Perhaps it would be the case that the managers or owners of the pharmacy did some more checks and maybe a better selection on the staff.

Nel bel mezzo del pagamento sono dovuto rimanere ad aspettare al banco perché il farmacista si è dovuto girare dall’altro collega per sussurrargli una battuta all’orecchio.
E poi neanche una scusa o un grazie.
(Oltretutto mascherina tirata giù, per dei farmacisti è il colmo!)
Extremely rude staff:
In the middle of the payment I had to wait at the counter because the pharmacist had to turn to the other colleague to whisper a joke in his ear.
And then not even an apology or a thank you.
(Plus, mask pulled down, for pharmacists it is the limit!)
