★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro di ristrutturazione completa. Sono pienamente soddisfatta. Coordinazione lavori perfetta e che dire sono Stati eccezionali nella muratura e piastrellatura. Il prezzo finale vale sicuramente la pena. Una precisione non da tutti. Carlo nella scelta è stato paziente e molto bravo davvero.
 Complete renovation work. I am fully satisfied. Perfect work coordination and what to say they were exceptional in masonry and tiling. The final price is definitely worth it. A precision not for everyone. Carlo was patient and very good in his choice.

After 10 years I returned for some spare parts. Mr. Russo himself got them for me in 5 min. Person of a courtesy of yesteryear. Entrust your renovations to these real professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza allucinante: abbiamo preso appuntamento per la progettazione di due bagni, spiegando già per telefono le nostre esigenze (sanitari e lavabo già in nostro possesso poiché in capitolato). Il giorno dell'appuntamento, un sabato, siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, senza alcun tipo di spiegazione o aiuto in merito a quanto richiesto. Invece che provare ad aiutarci a capire le nostre esigenze, la signora a cui siamo stati affidati ci ha invitato a "farci un giro" nel negozio. Successivamente, quando abbiamo richiesto nuovamente di poter essere seguiti, la signora non è stata in grado di comprendere le nostre esigenze, obiettando tra le altre cose su scelte personali della casa (posizione della lavatrice, esterna al bagno, e che quindi non avrebbe influito sul progetto dello stesso). Non essendo in grado di comprendere le nostre richieste, ha dovuto chiamare una seconda collega per chiedere aiuto: nonostante questo, entrambe, non hanno provato a proporci delle alternative alla nostra richiesta, liquidandoci velocemente con una "spiegazione" approssimativa (senza alcun tipo di progettazione su carta e/o computer).
Ci domandiamo quindi quale sia il servizio di progettazione tanto pubblicizzato dal negozio.
Dopo questa esperienza, sconsigliamo a chiunque voglia progettare un bagno se in possesso di rubinetteria da capitolato (casa nuova). Accoglienza ed assistenza al cliente davvero inesistente e scadente.
Hallucinating experience: we made an appointment for the design of two bathrooms, explaining our needs by phone (sanitary ware and sink already in our possession since in the specifications). On the day of the appointment, a Saturday, we were left to fend for ourselves, without any kind of explanation or help regarding what was requested. Instead of trying to help us understand our needs, the lady we were entrusted with invited us to "take a tour" of the shop. Subsequently, when we asked again to be followed, the lady was not able to understand our needs, objecting, among other things, to personal choices of the house (position of the washing machine, outside the bathroom, and which therefore would not affect the project of the same). Not being able to understand our requests, he had to call a second colleague to ask for help: despite this, both of them did not try to offer us alternatives to our request, quickly liquidating us with an approximate "explanation" (without any kind of planning on paper and / or computer).
So we wonder what the store's much-advertised design service is.
After this experience, we do not recommend anyone who wants to design a bathroom if in possession of taps as required (new house). Reception and customer assistance really non-existent and poor.
