Ho ristrutturato con loro una casa in Liguria e malgdrado la lontananza sono stati efficienti e precisi anche nei tempi di consegna. Ho scelto questa ditta su suggerimento di mio marito che ha ristrutturato nel mese di ottoobre con loro un appartamento in Milano e anche lui era molto contento dell'esecuzione dei lavori. I lavori in Liguria sono stati abbastanza impegnativi poichè abbiamo ricavato un secondo bagno dalla cucina, abbiamo rifatto il bagno esistente e spostato la cucina in una camera Allego foto del prima e del dopo Excellent company, they were punctual in the delivery of the work and worked with seriousness and competence, Magdy is a polite person, always available and very serious. I renovated a house in Liguria with them and despite the distance they were efficient and precise even in delivery times. I chose this company at the suggestion of my husband who renovated an apartment in Milan with them in the month of October and he too was very happy with the execution of the work. The works in Liguria were quite challenging as we obtained a second bathroom from the kitchen, we rebuilt the existing bathroom and moved the kitchen to a bedroom. L	Laura Aste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco il proprietario Magdy da 15 anni, da quando si occupò di ristrutturare in modo competente e professionale l'appartamento di mia mamma che, essendo una casa risalente agli anni '30, era totalmente da rifare e presentava diversi problemi: dall'impianto idraulico molto vecchio a quello elettrico non più a norma. Recentemente mi sono rivolta a questa impresa anche per la sostituzione della vecchia porta d'ingresso in legno con una porta blindata moderna ma che esternamente rispecchiasse lo stile "Vecchia Milano". Devo dire che non sono rimasta delusa del risultato! Molto soddisfatta. Lo consiglio anche per il preventivo onesto. I have known the owner Magdy for 15 years, since he was responsible for competently and professionally renovating my mom's apartment which, being a house dating back to the 1930s, had to be totally redone and had several problems: from the plumbing very old to the electric one no longer up to standard. I recently turned to this company also for the replacement of the old wooden entrance door with a modern armored door which externally reflected the "Old Milan" style. I must say that I was not disappointed with the result! Very satisfied. I also recommend it for the honest quote.

Strada facendo i lavori da fare sono aumentati su nostra richiesta (tutti condivisi e regolarmente preventivati), ma Magdy é riuscito a farci stare nella tempistica prevista avvalendosi di professionisti qualificati che hanno lavorato anche sabato. Consigliatissimi!!! I had planned a refurbishment which was to take 3 weeks. Along the way, the work to be done increased at our request (all shared and regularly budgeted), but Magdy managed to keep us on schedule using qualified professionals who also worked on Saturday. Highly recommended !!!

Ovviamente questi lavori comportano molta polvere e macerie ma ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione che hanno avuto nel tenere il più possibile pulito soprattutto nelle parti condominiali comuni. Li consiglio vivamente. I entrusted Magdy's company with the complete renovation of our service bathroom and I am really satisfied: Magdy and her collaborators were very competent, professional, kind and helpful, the renovation was completed in a short time with excellent results. Obviously these works involve a lot of dust and rubble but I really appreciated the attention they have had in keeping as clean as possible especially in the common condominium parts.
