Inoltre, cosa non da poco, ti ricordano della tessera punti per avere gli sconti. Quando acquisti ti regalano un simpatico bigliettino con un messaggio positivo.
The staff are always very friendly, never intrusive. They always offer something alternative if you don't find what you are looking for. Also, not a small thing, they remind you of the points card to get the discounts. When you buy they give you a nice note with a positive message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale e disponibile: l'ultima volta sono andata con l'idea di guardarmi intorno ma grazie ad una commessa simpatica e disponibile ho trovato un combinazione (pantaloni, giacca e sottogiacca) con colori molto azzeccati. Come sempre i vestiti UCB sono generalmente molto colorati e allegri, cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto.
Very friendly and helpful staff: the last time I went with the idea of looking around but thanks to a nice and helpful saleswoman I found a combination (pants, jacket and under jacket) with very suitable colors. As always, UCB dresses are generally very colorful and cheerful, which I personally appreciate a lot.
