Commesse scortesi e poco disponibili sin dall’inizio.
Alla fine dei nostri acquisti, siamo dovute tornare perché la cassa non funzionava. Per questo non si può certo dare la colpa al personale, succede. Torniamo dopo circa 1h e i dispositivi sono tornati a funzionare.
Alla cassa, dopo aver pagato 5 pezzi in due scontrini differenti, la ragazza ci sottolinea che il sacchetto costa 0,15 cent. E anche qui, non si può certo dare la colpa alle ragazze che lavorano se l’azienda ti fa pagare il sacchetto. Poi però è la stessa che si dimentica di darti 0,02 cent di resto. Ti da lo scontrino e ti saluta.
Ehm no scusa, mi dai il resto per cortesia?!
(Non per i centesimi ma per principio, data l’arroganza con cui mi chiedi i soldi per il sacchetto!)
Si scusa, ti guarda male e vocifera sottovoce con la sua collega guardandoti male mentre esci dal negozio!
Mancanza di professionalità assoluta!

It is my first time shopping in this shop so I cannot review the quality of the product. However, I like what I have bought and I have to win at least one star.
Bad shopping experience.
Rude and unhelpful orders from the start.
At the end of our shopping, we had to return because the cashier was not working. For this you certainly cannot blame the staff, it happens. We return after about 1 hour and the devices are back to work.
At the checkout, after paying for 5 pieces in two different receipts, the girl points out that the bag costs 0.15 cents. And even here, you certainly can't blame the girls who work if the company makes you pay for the bag. But then it's the same one who forgets to give you 0.02 cents change. He gives you the receipt and greets you.
Um no sorry, will you give me the rest please ?!
(Not for the cents but on principle, given the arrogance with which you ask me for the money for the bag!)
He apologizes, he looks at you badly and rumors in a low voice with his colleague glaring at you as you leave the shop!
Absolute lack of professionalism!

Le commesse sono molto gentili e ti aiutano sempre per qualsiasi consiglio anche in camerino, se tu lo chiedi.
I prezzi sono buoni ed abbastanza abbordabili.
Unica pecca, se proprio la devo trovare..., ho notato che quest' anno , probabilmente causa pandemia, soprattutto fine estate la scelta degli abiti non era molto varia.
In recente visita autunnale ho notato che le cose sono molto migliorate.
Se poi posso permettermi di dare un consiglio vi direi più colori e qualche differente stile.
Nel complesso buono.
The shop is very nice clean and tidy.
The shop assistants are very kind and always help you with any advice even in the dressing room, if you ask.
The prices are good and quite affordable.
The only flaw, if I have to find it ..., I noticed that this year, probably due to a pandemic, especially at the end of summer, the choice of clothes was not very varied.
On a recent fall visit I noticed that things have improved a lot.
And if I can afford to give you some advice, I would say more colors and some different styles.
Overall good.
