Sono andata da loro chiedendo un isee per motivi universitari, sottolineando che mi serviva nel giro di due settimane. Mi hanno fatto un isee ordinario e hanno impiegato due settimane a capire cosa era successo, facendomi incorrere in una multa. Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti mi hanno risposto: “vengo al dunque, io la multa non la pago e poi visto che è un servizio gratuito affari suoi”. Ignoranti e maleducati: mai più da loro!
