Ora quando gli chiedi qualcosa sembra che chi sa cosa gli dici...sono passato l altro giorno per un info e la ragazza con i capelli neri a caschetto mi a detto che le info nn si chiedono che devo prendere un appuntamento e nell ufficio c era solo 1 persona personalmente cambio ufficio e vi consiglio di farlo .l anno scorso per lise son dovuto tornare 4 volte The first few times very kind and helpful. (solo ora capisco perché) Fissato l’appuntamento giovedì 10 febbraio alle ore 10.20.. arrivo in struttura alle ore 10.17 e mi viene risposto che le ragazze sono a bere il caffè, e già li sinceramente avrei da ridire visto che se ho un appuntamento alle 10.20 e le ragazze si presentano alle 10.35 al ritorno dal caffè sinceramente non so loro ma io ho ben poco tempo da perdere nelle mie giornate. Dovevano procedere con la pratica, nessuna risposta alle mail, nessuna risposta al telefono, per arrivare alla conclusione che il venerdì successivo giorno stabilito e precisato che avevo una tempistica precisa visto che la banca per deliberare il mutuo aveva bisogno solo di questo benedetto documento, nessuna novità da parte loro, inviate due mail a cui nessuno ha mai risposto. Stamattina lunedì 21 dopo 11 giorni mi reco di nuovo al caf per sentirmi dire che la mia pratica non è mai stata mandata avanti perché la collega ha preso il covid. Ora mi domando ma la professionalità di questo caf dov’è? Mi segue una nuova ragazza che mi rassicura che nel pomeriggio certamente riceverò una loro chiamata che ovviamente non è mai avvenuta! Peccato solo avevo lasciato i documenti già in questo caf perché se tornassi indietro avrei preferito aspettare più giorni ma parlare con gente più competente! Evitate di recarvi qui, tanto non hanno voglia di fare e probabilmente saranno troppo impegnate a bere il caffè che pensare al lavoro.. ? Too bad I had already left the documents in this café because if I went back I would have preferred to wait more days but to talk to more competent people! Avoid going here, they do not want to do so much and they will probably be too busy drinking coffee than thinking about work .. ?
