★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono costretta a rivolgermi a un avvocato del lavoro esterno perché se aspetto i comodi del patronato a cui mi hanno fatto iscrivere il caf Falvo sto fresca...... Tra l'altro ho pagato 100€ di iscrizione per una tessera al sindacato "SNALV" che invece di farmi la lettera da mandare in azienda con i conteggi delle mie spettanze, ha fatto una lettera talmente scarna che ora mi tocca pagare un altro sindacato per far in modo che i conteggi siano fatti come si deve e far così in modo che le cose siano più scorrevoli.... Ad averlo saputo prima mi sarei sicuramente rivolta altrove. E spendevo anche molto meno......... E meno male che il sindacato dovrebbe tutelare i diritti del lavoratore.... Complimenti. Oltretutto non siete nemmeno informati sulle tempistiche reali per il quale il lavoratore può essere risarcito. Incompetenti proprio. Se dessi retta a voi, l'azienda può benissimo chiudere partita Iva per le vostre tempistiche e io rimanevo senza niente in mano....i miei stipendi... Il mio Tfr, contributi, 13esima e 14esima....tutto perderei ad aspettare 6 mesi come voi dite che "per legge" devono passare 6 mesi e poi si può mettere l'avvocato!!! Rendetevi conto.......
