L	Lina D'Antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi i serramenti Internorm (dei quali ero già a conoscenza per averli installati in altro appartamento con un'altra ditta, alla quale non mi sono più rivolta dando - malauguratamente - per buona la qualifica di Omati come preferito dalla Internorm). Per quanto riguarda la Omati, invece, molto da ridire. Servizi amministrativi: è stato necessario preparare per loro le fatture e correggere gli errori di quelle emesse. Montaggio e assistenza: da uno degli infissi è trafilata acqua, ma non è stato fatto alcun intervento, nonostante ripetuti solleciti; molto a desiderare la pulizia, con gli ambienti lasciati con detriti di lavorazione e gli infissi sporchi; il lavoro commissionato all'Omati includeva la sostituzione delle tapparelle e relativi accessori, che è stato fatto in modo molto carente: non sono state sostituite le guide di scorrimento, molto mal ridotte, delle due tapparelle di grandi dimensioni, che richiedevano pulegge con servomeccanismo, ad una è stato montato il servomeccanismo ma è stato montato male il nastro rendendo quasi impossibile il sollevamento, all'altra è stata montata una puleggia semplice di dimensioni errate, rendendo, anche per questa, quasi impossibile il sollevamento e causando la rottura del vano di alloggiamento del nastro; un intervento professionale avrebbe dovuto almeno consigliare la sostituzione delle guide e verificare il lavoro fatto alla fine dello stesso. Nel complesso, consiglierei Internorm, ma non Omati, dlle quale esistono, a Monza, alternative che ho già sperimentato come più che valide sia in fase di montaggio che di successiva assistenza. Assembly and assistance: water is drawn from one of the fixtures, but no intervention has been made, despite repeated reminders; much to be desired for cleaning, with rooms left with debris and dirty window frames; the work commissioned to Omati included the replacement of the roller shutters and related accessories, which was done in a very poor way: the very poorly reduced sliding guides of the two large roller shutters, which required pulleys with servomechanism, were not replaced, one was fitted with a servomechanism but the belt was incorrectly assembled making lifting almost impossible, the other was fitted with a simple pulley of incorrect dimensions, making lifting impossible and also causing breakage of the compartment. belt housing; a professional intervention should have at least advised the replacement of the guides and checked the work done at the end of the same. Overall, I would recommend Internorm, but not Omati, from which, in Monza, there are alternatives that I have already tried as more than valid both during assembly and subsequent assistance.

La ditta omati purtroppo ha poca cura dei propri clienti e dopo l'installazione e l'incasso dei soldi sparisce lasciandovi nei problemi.
