Avevo acquistato da loro una casa anni fa, pertanto dopo aver sentito altre agenzie del territorio Carugatese, sempre in linea con la stima Tecnocasa e una nuova "innovativa" agenzia digitale del gruppo Rocket internet (rivelatasi deludente con valutazione non congruente in pesante ribasso), ho deciso di rinnovare loro la fiducia, vista:
- la trasparenza,
- i numerosi anni di esperienza sul territorio
- la qualità del servizio ricevuta anni fa nel primo acquisto.
La valutazione di mercato era così centrata che la vendita si è conclusa a prezzo pieno in 15 GG!
La fiducia è stata ricambiata con un ottimo risultato. Posso solo consigliare!!!!

I had bought a house from them years ago, therefore after having heard other agencies in the Carugatese area, always in line with Tecnocasa's estimate and a new "innovative" digital agency of the Rocket internet group (which turned out to be disappointing with a non-congruent evaluation in heavy decline), I decided to renew their trust, given:
- transparency,
- the many years of experience in the area
- the quality of the service received years ago in the first purchase.
The market valuation was so focused that the sale was completed at full price in 15 days!
The trust was returned with an excellent result. I can only recommend !!!!
