★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA, ho avuto i primi contatti con l'agenzia per prendere visione di un immobile da affittare.
Durante questo incontro, avendo la necessità di far valutare 2 immobili, ho chiesto all'agente la loro disponibilità per un sopralluogo ai fini della valutazione, senza avere la necessità di vendere gli stessi.
La signora si è resa subito disponibile ad assumere l'incarico e ha sottolineato più volte che le loro valutazioni erano gratuite; non come altre agenzie.
Abbiamo fissato l'appuntamento e
l'interessata accompagnata da un collega si è recata presso gli immobili.
Presa visione, mi hanno chiesto i disegni degli stabili che ho portato qualche giorno dopo in agenzia.
Dopo circa 3 settimane vengo contattato dall'agenzia la quale mi comunica che avrei dovuto pagare € 400,00 per avere la valutazione e che il servizio sarebbe stato gratuito solo nel caso fosse stato mirato alla vendita.
POCA SERIETÀ'!!!!!!

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, I had the first contacts with the agency to view a property to rent.
During this meeting, having the need to have 2 properties assessed, I asked the agent for their availability for an inspection for evaluation purposes, without having to sell them.
The lady immediately made herself available to take on the role and stressed several times that their assessments were free; not like other agencies.
We have made an appointment and
the interested party accompanied by a colleague went to the buildings.
After reading, they asked me for the drawings of the buildings that I brought to the agency a few days later.
After about 3 weeks I am contacted by the agency which informs me that I would have to pay € 400.00 for the evaluation and that the service would have been free only if it had been aimed at selling.
LITTLE SERIOUS !!!!!!
