Comunque l'Agente Balestrucci oltre ad aver sicuramente seguito un canovaccio aziendale ci ha messo anche molto del suo, gentilezza e professionalità. Per fare un esempio: in occasione di una visita con dei clienti in una giornata di pioggia si è presentato con calzari usa e getta e ha chiesto ai clienti di indossarli per preservare le condizioni della casa.
