★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese che non aiuta il cliente nell'acquisto.Ho chiesto per un capo esposto in vetrina e mi è stato detto di cercarmelo ( in mezzo ad una marea di roba disordinata) e che magari non c 'era più...ho lasciato perdere e sono andata via .

Sono andata il 13 dicembre per fare un acquisto ho fatto una domanda ad una commessa oltre a non sapere una fava e stata molto scortese e non ha saputo rispondere.... consiglio per i responsabili controllate meglio le vostre commesse in azione con i clienti perché fate brutte figure e sopratutto formatele....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera è la seconda volta che entro in questo negozio, ho comprato in entrambi i casi un bel po' di cose, nonostante l'atteggiamento glaciale, senza sorriso, delle commesse che ci lavorano! Ho avvertito molto disagio nel chiedere ad esse qualsiasi informazione o aiuto per la scelta dei capi. La sensazione di dar loro fastidio. Troppo impegnate a sistemare la roba ovunque, un via vai continuo tra il bancone, il magazzino e gli scaffali..
Una persona che entra ha la sensazione di essere arrivata in orario di chiusura...
Le commesse inoltre interagiscono tra loro a voce alta, da più parti del negozio, come se i clienti presenti non esistessero..
Quella che sta andando via e dal retro saluta le colleghe, condividendo informazioni sul loro turno di lavoro... con tutti in negozio!
Inoltre i camerini e lo spazio intorno, molto sporchi...
In questo negozio il cliente non si sente "importante", bensì un dettaglio "fastidioso"!
Le ragazze probabilmente avranno le loro ragioni, ma è veramente un peccato.
