★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celio Carosello...Sono andato a restituire un pantalone che era un regalo di ieri, una settimana prima, ma con il numero sbagliato. purtroppo la ricevuta è stata gettata via. Anche se era chiaro che era nuovo con tutti i tag ancora attaccati. Non sono riuscito a cambiarlo con una nuova dimensione. Questo tipo di rivenditori scomparirà presto. Non hanno idea delle aspettative dei consumatori. Non comprerò mai lì.
 Celio Carosello ... I went to return a trousers that was a gift from yesterday, a week before, but with the wrong number. unfortunately the receipt was thrown away. Although it was clear that it was new with all tags still attached. I was unable to change it to a new dimension. These types of retailers will soon disappear. They have no idea of consumer expectations. I will never buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente lascio recensioni per negozi di abbigliamento, ma siamo stati qui per degli acquisti dell'ultimo minuto e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza di tutti i ragazzi dello staff. È un piacere essere trattati in questo modo quando si fanno acquisti, bravi.
I hardly leave reviews for clothing stores, but we went here for last minute shopping and were blown away by the kindness of all the guys on the staff. It's a pleasure to be treated like this when shopping, good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima jeans danneggiati dopo 2 lavaggi e di 2 utilizzi a distanza di 10 giorni dall acquisto! Il punto vendita di carugate non ha voluto sostituirmeli perché per loro si sono incastrati in lavatrice? Anche se si fossero incastrati non si rovinano nelle condizioni in cui me li ritrovo…mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato ma niente….chiedevano ai clienti che erano lì in quel momento se poteva essere una cosa possibile? Ma stiamo scherzando? Segnalerò questa cosa fino a quando un dirigente non mi contatterà non per avere una sostituzione (perché non prenderò più niente da celio) ma per avere rimborso. Se doveste leggere questa recensione caro punto vendita di carugate ricordo che non si tratta di soldi ma di buonsenso e di correttezza verso il cliente finale.
Bad experience damaged jeans after 2 washes and 2 uses 10 days after purchase! Did the Carugate store not want to replace them because they got stuck in the washing machine for them? Even if they got stuck they don't ruin themselves in the conditions in which I find them ... they told me they would call me but nothing .... they asked the customers who were there at that moment if it could be possible? Are we joking? I will report this until an executive does not contact me not to get a replacement (because I will not take anything from celio anymore) but to get a refund. If you were to read this review dear point of sale in carugate remember that it is not about money but common sense and fairness towards the end customer.

Le farebbe meglio un bambino di 3 anni zero stelle per quello che mi riguarda sconsigliato al 1000%
I bought a faux leather jacket in August I can truly say that it is a real rubbish as regards the finishes.
A zero-star 3-year-old child would be better off for what concerns me 1000% not recommended
