★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mia moglie che ha delle difficoltà nel camminare per degli acquisti,trovato I capi da acquistare e lecito provarli, una commessa con arroganza e con fare da vera cafona, ha aggredito mia moglie perché aveva con sé 6 capi anziché 5... Capisco che ci siano delle regole da rispettare ma capire chi ha difficoltà nel muoversi..... Mai più in questo punto vendita, MALEDUCATA!!

Cliente abbandonato a se stesso, se si cerca l’aiuto di una commessa o non si viene calcolati o le risposte arrivano mal volentieri e in maniera frettolosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sui capi .. ma sulle commesse si , sono pessime non sono professionali , sgarbate antipatiche e molto maleducate ( una mi ha risposto malissimo in cassa ) !! Assurdo vi garantisco che da commessa con esperienza mai visto una cosa simile..
Trovo assurdo che facciano delle assunzioni del genere una commessa deve essere solare educata e competente e deve aiutare la clientela ...Su tutto lo staff solo una commessa è stata disponibile e competente nonostante avesse una lista di articoli da sistemare e riprezzare, ha dato la priorità alla clientela ciò che dovrebbero fare tutte ..ovviamente i miei prossimi acquisti saranno fatti altrove ma auguro alla commessa che si è data da fare di trovare delle colleghe piu collaborative e meno chiacchierone e scansafatiche perche la collaborazione di un team determinala validità di un negozio

Nothing to say about the garments .. but about the orders yes, they are very bad they are not professional, rude unpleasant and very rude (one answered me very badly in the cashier) !! Absurd I guarantee you that as a saleswoman with experience never seen such a thing ..
I find it absurd that a saleswoman must be sunny, polite and competent and must help the customers ... Out of all the staff only one saleswoman was available and competent despite having a list of items to fix and re-evaluate, she gave the priority to customers what everyone should do .. Obviously my next purchases will be made elsewhere but I wish the saleswoman who has worked hard to find more collaborative colleagues and less talkative and slacker because the collaboration of a team determines the validity of a store
