Il personale è stato molto sbrigativo e scortese dicendo che non potevo pretendere niente arrivando così tardi chiedendo troppo. Risultato? Ho fatto da solo tramite airbnb e Ryanair spendendo 500 euro in totale per una settimana in Spagna. Mai più. I was in mid-June to plan vacations at the end of August with a budget of less than 600-700 euros per couple for a week. The staff was very hasty and rude saying that I couldn't expect anything coming so late asking too much. Result? I did it alone through airbnb and Ryanair spending 500 euros in total for a week in Spain. Never again.

Peccato che la titolare, scorbutica e poco paziente, non è in grado di gestirlo….mi ha prenotato dopo mesi di trattative un week a Parigi in una "BETTOLA" sono stata trattata come una cliente di serie C. L'Albergo di 3 stelle ne merita solo 1...una vera schifezza!! Non basta solo questa recensione, andrò di persona a chiarire e chiedere spiegazioni. Magari prima di prenotare un hotel dovrebbero guardare le recensioni e lo stato dello stesso…..vergogna!! Non sono mai stata in un posto così brutto!!!! Agenzia super sconsigliata !!!! Too bad that the owner, grumpy and not very patient, is not able to handle it ... she booked me after months of negotiations a week in Paris in a "BETTOLA" I was treated as a C series customer. The 3-star hotel deserves only 1 ... a real crap !! This review is not enough, I will go in person to clarify and ask for explanations. Maybe before booking a hotel they should look at the reviews and the status of the same ... I've never been in such a bad place !!!! Super recommended agency !!!!

In maniera molto sbrigativa hanno confermato la prenotazione in un hotel e ho pagato. Due giorni prima della partenza non avevo ancora i biglietti per il volo, mi sono ritrovato in seria difficoltà a dover risolvere dei problemi causati dalla negligenza del personale che ha omesso dei particolari fondamentali per il noleggio dell'auto e dei vari mezzi di cui mi sarei servito per muovermi una volta arrivato sul posto. Oltre ad avermi causato mille problemi (che ho dovuto risolvere da solo in poche ore) mi hanno trattato con maleducazione. Sconsiglio vivamente la pianificazione di qualsiasi cosa in questa agenzia. I was in this agency in April to book a trip for August, thinking that the 4 months notice could be useful to plan it perfectly. Very quickly they confirmed the reservation in a hotel and I paid. Two days before departure I still did not have tickets for the flight, I found myself in serious difficulty having to solve problems caused by the negligence of the staff who omitted the fundamental details for the rental of the car and the various means of which I would have served to move me once I got there. In addition to having caused me a thousand problems (which I had to solve by myself in a few hours) they treated me with rudeness. I strongly advise against scheduling anything at this agency.
