P	Paolo belloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla gentilezza e simpatia del personale nulla da dire, però abbiamo trovato gli stessi posti proposti a 2000€ in meno e senza problemi di volo e prenotazione camera singola in un altro agenzia. Non so le motivazioni ma lo stesso villaggio nello stesso periodo che ci veniva proposto a piu' di 8000€ senza volo, sottolineandoci che molto probabilmente la singola non sarebbe stata disponibile, lo abbiamo prenotato a 6800€ con volo e supplemento singola, assicurandoci che la struttura aveva parecchie stanze libere e che non c'erano assolutamente problemi di disponibilità e che il volo i villaggi di quella compagnia lo includevano sempre nel prezzo di prenotazione. La richiesta in in altra agenzia, fortunatamente è stata avanzata per curiosità se no ci saremmo fidati dei preventivi fatti che avevamo rifiutato perché per noi esagerati. On the kindness and friendliness of the staff, nothing to say, however, we found the same places proposed at € 2000 less and without flight problems and booking a single room in another agency. I don't know the reasons but the same village in the same period that was offered to us at more than € 8000 without flight, underlining that most likely the single would not have been available, we booked it at € 6800 with flight and single supplement, ensuring that the the structure had several free rooms and that there were absolutely no problems of availability and that the flight the villages of that company always included it in the booking price. The request in another agency, fortunately was made out of curiosity otherwise we would have trusted the estimates made that we had refused because for us exaggerated.

Lavoro con i clienti da quasi 20 anni e la gentilezza verso il cliente è la base di tutto oltre a comprendere le loro priorità. Meno arroganza e un corso di customer service....
