★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per segnalare la presenza stabile di una persona senza fissa dimora e apparentemente non in buona salute in zona Niguarda. Il responsabile mi ha invitato tramite la centralinista a rivolgermi ad altra CRI in quanto il problema non di loro competenza territoriale.
Da cittadino mi aspetto molto di più da una struttura così importante.
I telephoned to report the stable presence of a homeless and apparently unhealthy person in the Niguarda area. The manager invited me through the switchboard operator to contact another CRI as the problem does not fall within their territorial jurisdiction.
As a citizen, I expect much more from such an important structure.
