Presente varie tipologia di intimo da quello comodi e normali a quelli più accattivanti, stesso discorso per i pigiami. All’interno la commessa con altre 2 persone alla cassa che non ci saluta nemmeno. Dopo 10 min di attesa che qualcuno ci serva, la commessa esordisce con: “questa gente non ha mica capito che siamo chiusi!”, tutta seccata. Ora, il centro commerciale è aperto fino alle 21 e, scopro solo dopo che i negozianti secondo una loro scelta individuale possono decidere se chiudere prima o meno. Questi orari e regole cambiano ormai quotidianamente. Purtroppo, in questo caso, la decisione sulla chiusura anticipata del negozio non è stata dichiarata in alcun modo. Questa piccolezza non mi toccherebbe davvero, una mancanza simile può scappare a chiunque e di sicuro non giudico la commessa per questo, ma noi eravamo lì fisicamente e ci si poteva educatamente informare della chiusura senza farci aspettare inutilmente per poi non rivolgerci la parola, ma commentare la nostra presenza con i terzi. Nel reparto uomo, vero negozio a sé, incontriamo Deborah, che ci accoglie gentilissima, illustra le collezioni e presenta i prodotti con precisione anche tecnica parlando dei diversi tipi di cotone. Ragazza davvero simpatica e di conversazione piacevole. Sono entrato solo per vedere la collezione nuova. Alla fine ho preso un pigiama. In questo negozio ecco l'extra positivo, il plus, è lei. Scopriamo solo alla fine che è anche la storemanager. Brava, competente così si fidelizza il cliente.
