★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ristrutturazione bagno durata 3 settimane, in più le misure della doccia erano sbagliate e non hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema. Siamo da 1 mese con i vetri sbagliati sul balcone e non accennano a contattarci per la sostituzione o eventuali soluzioni, anche dopo diverse chiamate.
 Bad experience. Bathroom renovation lasted 3 weeks, plus the shower measurements were wrong and they didn't resolve the problem. We have been with the wrong glass on the balcony for 1 month and they do not mention to contact us for replacement or any solutions, even after several calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato piastrelle presso iperceramica di Cinisello.Dopo aver pagato il 23% di spese di trasporto rispetto al valore della merce, mi è stato consegnato un bancale del peso di oltre 300kg sul marciapiede di una via trafficatissima al centro di Sesto San Giovanni.All atto dell’acquisto mi è stato più volte ribadito di riservarmi il diritto di controllare la merce entro 8 giorni dalla consegna per verificarne l’integrità e la rispondenza rispetto all’ordine effettuato. Lo stesso giorno della consegna ho riscontrato che 3 piastrelle erano rotte e che circa la metà delle restanti riportavano macchie di colore scuro. Nonostante la tipologia della piastrella da me scelta dovesse riprodurre l’effetto cemento, il materiale presente in esposizione era diverso e dì colore molto più uniforme rispetto a quello consegnato. Iperceramica non si è mostrata disposta ad aprire un reclamo per 3 piastrelle rotte e ha giustificato le macchie come sviluppo grafico della piastrella senza neppure visionarle.Mai più iperceramica! Non fatevi abbindolare dalla gentilezza dì alcuni giovani rivenditori, che dopo aver effettuato la vendita si disinteressano dì tutto e non hanno alcun potere decisionale nella gestione del cliente
I bought tiles from hyperceramic in Cinisello and after paying 23% of transport costs compared to the value of the goods, I was delivered a pallet weighing over 300 kg on the sidewalk of a busy street in the center of Sesto San Giovanni. of the purchase I have been repeatedly reiterated to reserve the right to check the goods within 8 days of delivery to verify their integrity and compliance with the order placed. On the same day of delivery I found that 3 tiles were broken and that about half of the rest had dark stains. Although the type of tile I chose had to reproduce the concrete effect, the material on display was different and of a much more uniform color than the one delivered. Iperceramica was unwilling to open a claim for 3 broken tiles and justified the stains as a graphic development of the tile without even viewing them. Never more hyperceramic! Do not be fooled by the kindness of some young retailers, who after making the sale are not interested in everything and have no decision-making power in customer management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio si presenta bene ed è molto frequentato. Il livello della merce esposta è abbastanza medio, appropriato quindi a una larga fascia di possibili target dati i prezzi ragionevoli.
Il negozio è facilmente raggiungibile anche dall'autostrada per chi viene da fuori milano e, all'esterno o comunque nelle immediate vicinanze, c'è ampia disponibilità di parcheggio.
The shop looks good and is very popular. The level of the goods on display is quite medium, therefore appropriate for a wide range of possible targets given the reasonable prices.
The shop is also easily accessible from the motorway for those coming from outside Milan and, outside or in the immediate vicinity, there is ample parking available.

They let you pay all in advance, take at least two weeks extra on delivery and give vague and insufficient information about the delivery. If they do give precise information and dates, they do not live up to their promises and still delay.
Only positive comment is the courtesy of operators responding (after multiple calls) to the phone
