★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero al limite della disperazione con l'impianto d'allarme. Molte lamentele ed altrettanti interventi di tecnici che smanettavano sulla centrale dietro indicazioni telefoniche. Poi ho contattato NordEst telematica e conosco il titolare, Sig. Livio, persona affabile, cortese e disponibilissima con il quale concordo l'intervento. Dopo qualche giorno arriva il tecnico che, senza indicazioni telefoniche e titubanze lavora sulla centrale come un orologiaio con un orologio svizzero. L'allarme adesso funziona e sono più tranquillo. Grazie Livio.
I was on the verge of desperation with the alarm system. Many complaints and as many interventions by technicians who tinkered with the control panel behind telephone instructions. Then I contacted NordEst telematica and I know the owner, Mr. Livio, an affable, courteous and extremely helpful person with whom I agree to the intervention. After a few days the technician arrives who, without telephone indications and hesitations, works on the plant like a watchmaker with a Swiss watch. The alarm now works and I'm calmer. Thanks Livio.
