Quando faceva il preventivo ha detto che sarebbe un lavoro di 2 ore x cambiare il tubo gas tra il condominiale e la caldaia, e costa €360. Alla fine è stato un lavoro durato solo 45 minuti. Poi dopo il lavoro pure ha lasciato tutto sporco senza pulire un po’. Inoltre dopo il lavoro pure la pressione della caldaia andava su e giù di brutto e abbiamo passato un weekend di ansia.
Chi risponde la chiamata era super MALEDUCATA. Prima di lavoro volevo semplicemente sapere verso che ora arriva ma mi ha risposto che il tecnico poteva arrivare anche alle 18 e rimane fino le 21.

When he made the estimate he said it would take 2 hours to change the gas pipe between the condominium and the boiler, and it costs € 360. In the end it was only 45 minutes of work. Then after work he also left everything dirty without cleaning a bit. Also after work the boiler pressure was going up and down badly and we spent a weekend of anxiety.
Whoever answers the call was super RUDE. Before work I simply wanted to know what time he arrives but he replied that the technician could arrive at 6 pm and stays until 9 pm.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
