★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Mi limito semplicemente a raccontare i fatti così come si sono svolti sperando che qualche responsabile possa provvedere.
Entro nel negozio con l intenzione di acquistare uno smartphone e mi reco direttamente al banco centrale dove sono esposti i prodotti . Visiono ciò che era in vetrina per circa 5 minuti dopo cerco assistenza dagli addetti sicuramente più esperti di me per consigliarmi in base alle mie esigenze.
Premetto che il negozio era pressoché vuoto in particolare al banco eravamo in due clienti.
Attendo 10 minuti in piedi davanti al commesso che intanto fissava lo schermo di un PC facendo palesemente finta di svolgere un lavoro. Trascorsi 10 minuti senza degnarmi di uno sguardo decido di farmi avanti e Chiedo se gentilmente potevo avere assistenza. Mi risponde di attendere . Resto in attesa ulteriori 15 minuti e poi domando ancora. Risposta: " deve portare pazienza!" . Ho atteso in totale quasi 30 minuti e poi sono andato via. Lo smartphone l ho acquistato successivamente su Amazon.
 Bad service. I limit myself simply to telling the facts as they unfolded, hoping that someone in charge can provide.
I enter the shop with the intention of buying a smartphone and go directly to the central counter where the products are displayed. I see what was in the window for about 5 minutes and then I look for assistance from the staff who are certainly more experienced than me to advise me based on my needs.
I state that the shop was almost empty, in particular at the counter we were two customers.
I wait 10 minutes standing in front of the salesman who in the meantime was staring at a PC screen, obviously pretending to be doing a job. After 10 minutes without deigning to look, I decide to step forward and ask if I could kindly have assistance. He replies to wait. I wait another 15 minutes and then ask again. Answer: "you have to be patient!" . I waited a total of almost 30 minutes and then left. The smartphone I bought later on Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not serious people: I bought an eletric shaver that did not work. When I went there to replace they invented a lot of dificulties to justify that it should be sent to the manufacturer, taking 30 to 60 days for a response.
Never again I will buy on this place...

This store is no exception: kind but tired people, everything based on price rather than experience. You can find almost everything in any product category; the store is located in a large mail with lot of parking spaces and services. What else?
