La Signora del negozio è stata molto esaustiva e professionale nello spiegarmi che gli ugelli non andavano sostituiti ma solo regolati per dare maggiore afflusso di metano. Ringrazio per la disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia.
I went to buy the nozzles for the fryer and plate as I believed that when switching from LPG to methane they should be replaced. The lady of the shop was very thorough and professional in explaining to me that the nozzles should not be replaced but only adjusted to give more methane inflow. Thank you for your availability, professionalism and courtesy.
