This is the worst customer service experience ever ! No matter if you wanted to buy ! There is a sales man called Danilo that really drive you to hate apple products !!!

Purchased new iPhone, got discount giving my old one in. The Shop helped me a lot in this procedure, very friendly and knowledgable. Speaking good english too. Completely satisfied.

I have met and talked to 5 five staff from the Apple store at Carosello. Apple marketizes itself as a nearly luxury brand, with excellent customer service. I purchased my Mac for this reason and also for the guarantee of having a product that would last for at least 5 to 10 years. My MacBook Pro, after only 2 years since the date of purchase, suddenly showed a pink and black screen out of nowhere (literally, it has been on my table for more than 1 month). It is a problem with the display. Apple has admitted that if I had not dropped it, then it was for sure a production defect. Basically, in 2018 Apple has sold me a defective product. My warranty is not valid anymore and so now they ask me to pay 650€, for something they are entirely responsible for. The Store Manager, Rocco, angrily said that without warranty, it is my problem and that I have to pay for a mistake that Apple did. Is this your image of "excellente customer care"? I have always bought PCs (Dell, HP) and 2 years ago I decided to purchase a Mac entirely because of the longevity and supposed quality of the product. These two years I treated the Mac with a lot, lot of care. This problem is not my fault and also Apple has explicitely admitted it. Overall, the team in Milan is not customer friendly, apart from the first assistant that I saw in the store directly (Valerio, if I remember correctly). They are not coherent with the brand's image and even more from my experience in other countries. In these two years I lived in UK and France and Apple customer service was entirely different. In addition, every time I call the store the lines are busy and it is nearly impossible to talk to staff on the phone. I am very disappointed and it is a shame that a brand as qualitative as Apple treats a customer in this way.

Excellent under all respects: welcoming, temperature checking, registration and support. We were there for assistance on a dead phone, and the technician did everything with kindness and inventiveness also in areas which were not in his duty (support in retrieving password for an old device). I could see at a glance that all customers were fully satisfied, and understood the meaning of "customer-centric". Same approach of openness and support is given to those who are coming for purchasing. Top class service, congratulations. The store is conveniently located in the mall, with ease of parking.

When you lose your IPhone they don't know what to do to find it. Mobile of more than 1000€ and there is no way to find it. Apple never ever again....

Just terrible. Try to avoid. Went there with broken Powerbeats. But they had wrong date of purchase in their records that was showing that the warranty is expired. So they were refusing make the repair for free. But, I had the invoice with the correct date with me! They forced me to call to the apple support to have the date corrected. I spent on the phone one hour and had to send the scanned invoice to the phone support. After that, the store finally accepted the earbuds for the free repair. That all should have been taken care of by the staff in the store. Definitely the quality of the service doesn’t correspond to the prices of apple products.
