Il servizio clienti Sky ha poi affidato il mio caso ad Elettronica Sestese ed è stata una grande fortuna. Il contatto telefonico è stato chiaro e trasparente, il tecnico è stato in gamba e professionale. C'è stata una piccola incomprensione sulla fattura, ma prontamente chiamando hanno riconosciuto l'errore e hanno stornato l'importo non dovuto. Piccoli gesti apprezzati, complimenti.
I came from a bad experience with some other technicians who had to move the Sky system to my new house and they had left my job halfway through because they probably didn't want to. Sky customer service then entrusted my case to Elettronica Sestese and it was a great fortune. The telephone contact was clear and transparent, the technician was smart and professional. There was a small misunderstanding on the invoice, but promptly calling they acknowledged the error and reversed the undue amount. Small gestures appreciated, congratulations.
