Staff outclassed by customer requests (especially at a time like that of the pay TV shutting down) but friendly and helpful. Nothing to claim obviously, does the whole PC!

very kind competent and organized staff. they were able to solve my problem in good time, and they even gave me access to an offer that I was not aware of. I was given a power supply and they booked the technician's intervention at a modest price. all this in just over half an hour.
