Hotel non sempre all'altezza.
Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare quest'agenzia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour Operator conosciuto nel 2009 per organizzare un viaggio in Laddakh, in quanto Ruby Travel altamente specializzato in Viaggi sia di Gruppo sia tailor-made nel Subcontinente Indiano.
Da allora, anno dopo anno, riconoscendone la professionalità, ho effettuato 20 viaggi – sempre su misura – non solo in India e nel Sud Est Asiatico, ma anche negli altri Continenti al di fuori dell’Europa.
I loro referenti, esperti e professionali, sono sempre riusciti ad assicurarmi itinerari unici; hotel talvolta meravigliosi (da urlo) a secondo sia delle disponibilità finanziarie sia di quello che meglio le location potevano offrire (in Africa soggiornato nelle classiche tende, ad esempio); guide accompagnatrici sia di madre lingua sia parlanti italiano, di livello professionale alto.
Peculiarità la loro reperibilità – tramite numero di cellulare dedicato – “di fatto in tempo reale”, nel qual caso si fosse evidenziato un disguido, un misunderstandig o peggio una emergenza, da risolvere in tempi brevi e non da riportare come lamentela al ritorno in Italia.
Che altro aggiungere? Da oltre 10 anni in compagnia di mia moglie organizzo Viaggi (sovente portando amici) con Ruby Travel in ogni angolo del Mondo, ritornando sempre soddisfatto.
Ve lo consiglio per un primo approccio con la mitica e misteriosa India, per poi conoscere meglio tutto il Far East.
Tour Operator known in 2009 for organizing a trip to Laddakh, as Ruby Travel highly specialized in both Group and tailor-made Travel in the Indian Subcontinent.
Since then, year after year, recognizing their professionalism, I have made 20 trips - always tailored - not only to India and South East Asia, but also to other continents outside Europe.
Their expert and professional contacts have always managed to secure unique itineraries; sometimes wonderful hotels (to scream) depending on both the financial resources and what the best locations could offer (in Africa stayed in the classic tents, for example); high-level professional guides both native speakers and Italian speakers.
Their availability - through a dedicated mobile phone number - "in fact in real time", in which case there was a mistake, a misunderstandig or worse an emergency, to be resolved quickly and not to be reported as a complaint when returning to Italy .
What else to add? For over 10 years in the company of my wife I have been organizing Travel (often bringing friends) with Ruby Travel to every corner of the world, always returning satisfied.
I recommend it for a first approach with the mythical and mysterious India, and then get to know the whole Far East better.

Poi ho scoperto RUBY TRAVEL e vi sono tornata altre 5 volte da Nord a Sud, mi ha organizzato viaggi su misura, per conoscere luoghi esotici e particolari, al di fuori dei classici circuiti.
Hotel unici, viaggi in barca (Kerala meravigliisa), guide preparatissime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la Ruby Travel sono stato in India per un viaggio indimenticabile. Tutto è stato perfetto. Agra, Jaipur Delhi città stupende con monumenti maestosi. Il forte di Agra e soprattutto il Tagi Mahal visitato alle prime ore del giorno. Dopo il viaggio di nozze, in Africa, posso dire che è stato il più bel viaggio che abbia fatto. E poi una serata al Rambag Palace è stata davvero da maraja.
Sto pensando di tornare in India o in Asia e mi avvarrò certamente della Ruby Travel che consiglio per quei luoghi.
With Ruby Travel I went to India for an unforgettable trip. Everything was perfect. Agra, Jaipur Delhi beautiful city with majestic monuments. The Agra fort and especially the Tagi Mahal visited in the early hours of the day. After the honeymoon in Africa, I can say it was the best trip I have ever had. And then an evening at the Rambag Palace was truly maraja.
I am thinking of going back to India or Asia and I will certainly use Ruby Travel which I recommend for those places.
